Group Strength Classes

Join Carmen for a fun and effective group strength training program designed to help you build muscle, improve your form, and learn how to use the gym equipment properly!

  • Movements are slow and controlled
  • Learn your way around the entire gym
  • No cardio mixed with weights
  • All muscle groups will be worked (not all on the same day — rest is a must!)
  • Taught proper form & technique

  • Mon – Leg Day
  • Tues – Push (Shoulders & Triceps)
  • Wed – Pull (Back & Biceps)
  • Thur – Glutes

Requirements

  • Must attend 3–4 classes a week
  • Please allow 5 minutes for setup and 5 minutes for cleanup
  • Meet with Carmen to set up a time for an initial assessment

$20 per class

No C12 membership required
