Join Carmen for a fun and effective group strength training program designed to help you build muscle, improve your form, and learn how to use the gym equipment properly!
- Movements are slow and controlled
- Learn your way around the entire gym
- No cardio mixed with weights
- All muscle groups will be worked (not all on the same day — rest is a must!)
- Taught proper form & technique

Weekly Focus
- Mon – Leg Day
- Tues – Push (Shoulders & Triceps)
- Wed – Pull (Back & Biceps)
- Thur – Glutes

Requirements
- Must attend 3–4 classes a week
- Please allow 5 minutes for setup and 5 minutes for cleanup
- Meet with Carmen to set up a time for an initial assessment
